Some of the very best sushi I've had in the Tri-Valley. Great selection of appetizers, rolls, and other food. Friendly service and even tastier food.
MoreAlways great food. The Sake Don and Sakuro (pictured) are excellent every time.
Still the best sushi restaurant in livermore. They are expanding to accommodate the stomach trafficking.
MoreSashimi is very fresh tasting. Reasonable price.
My favorite sushi bar. Fair prices, good quality fish, lots of different rolls and Japanese fair, can get busy but worth the wait
MoreBest sushi in Livermore and Trivalley area. Yum!
WOW. This is a rare gem. Best place I've been to in the entire state. I live in southern California. I'm from the east coast. I know of only one sushi restaurant that rivals this one. I ordered pick up. The house was fairly full and it's almost closing time. Every One was raving about their meal on the way out. One roll, banana tempura, salad. So, the roll was amazing. The tempura was crunchy but light. Perfect. The salad dressing wasn't ginger but instead a creamy lemon dressing. It was wonderful. This is maybe my third review ever. Guys, it was worth it. I'm so pleased.
MoreReally fresh sashimi and sushi! Some of the freshest sashimi / fish in the bay area!! Decent price as well, just come at an odd time to dodge the rush.
MoreOne of my go-to spots to grab some food. awesome location, well kept, and very good service. I highly recommend them!
MoreUndoubtedly, one of the best places in Livermore for Sushi. Each time I dine here, I'm impressed by the freshness of the fish. I usually order the Sashimi plate and my family orders Bento Boxes and various rolls. The only negative is the wait as this place is super small.
MoreI should have looked at the bathroom before ordering the food. The food was excellent and fresh, but this place wasn't clean. Management needs to take a serious look at the maintenance for this restaurant. I should have taken a photo of the door to the bathroom from the outside, it was even dirtier. 😳 I'd love to come back, but not until the place has been cleaned from top to bottom.
MoreGreat food, friendly staff. Busy place, crowded on weekends.
Food is good and reasonably priced. Generally, we get seated quickly and the staff is friendly, but often not as attentive during the meal as I would like them to be. Pacing can also be a little weird when they’re busy-soup and/or salad comes out quickly and then rolls can take some time. Only white rice is offered if that’s an issue for you (not a deal breaker for me). I generally will eat here 2-3 times a month for lunch!
MoreAbsolutely adore this place. Fresh fish and very quick servers! This sushi will exceed your expectations. This has become our regular spot for date nights.
MoreGreat food and service!
This place has a great menu with a large variety of sushi, with bento boxes and tempuras etc. Very fresh and while usually busy the service is fairly quick, and staff has always been very friendly.
MoreHave been there a few times and it is always great food.
Great sushi, prompt service, reasonable prices. Easy parking. I'll be back!!!
Awesome sushi and ramen!
Expanded for accommodating more customers. Great food & service. They are not prepared for the overflow of customers.
MoreExcellent and unique Japanese food
I love this place. It's the best Sushi in the area that I have had. The Garlic Edamame is great, the rolls are tasty and the prices are fair.
MoreDelicious fotos for any acasion Beware.... fotos deadly.... Deadly aditive!!!!😂
MoreLike most Japanese restaurants in the area, this one is Korean run. Ordered the hamachi kama and the 12 piece sashimi. The Kama was grilled for a perfect amount of time - the meat and fat simply melts in your mouth. 5/5. The sashimi was good for the price 4/5 - on this trip, the yellowtail and the albacore was better than the salmon. I'll be back to try other items on their menu - this restaurant is definitely repeatable.
MoreIt’s hard to find a truly good sushi place. I’m only here for a year and so I’ve been trying to go to Wasabi Bistro as much as I can in the hopes that I’ll sushi myself out, but it hasn’t happened yet, it’s just too good. I get the Philly Roll and a Salmon Roll. The philly roll is the best I’ve had out of everywhere.
MoreMy second favorite sushi restaurant in the Tri Valley area. The fish is always fresh and the rolls are well made. A clean and neat little restaurant that is comfortable to go to.
MoreFood tasted fresh and good. Service was friendly and attentive. Restroom was clean. We would definitely go back.
MoreYummy. Open later than surrounding restaurants. Fresh, good service, and friendly atmosphere.
MoreBest sushi in Livermore! Hands down! Fockin fiiree 🔥
I would give 4 stars for the food, but dropped one for the service which would only get 2, at best. We sat in the front section and could see 4 servers just standing around there, but we didn't get drink refills or our plates cleared in any reasonable amount of time.
MoreThis is the best place for sushi in the trip valley area.
best sashimi in twon
Just average sushi house. I had the lunch bento with sashimi and tempura. Sashimi was okay but the tempura was too oily. We ordered the rainbow sushi and dancing shrimp, just average.
MoreWe always loved this place. Our ladt visit was horrible! Took 45 mins to get our food and to top it off food was cold! I told waitress she took it back said they make a new order for me and she returned 2 mins later with same plate and the only thing they did was reheat Tempura everything else was still cold. Told someone else they did get it together but by then not hungry and just had them box it. Ugh.... really disappointed
MoreFood was excellent. Fish was fresh, and the staff was very nice.
OMG, their Poke Salad is the best I've ever had. It can be a bit on the salty side. Guess it depends on who makes it. Share it and have a couple of rolls on the side. So-o-o good!!
MoreI loved this place. Lives up to its reviews. Amazingly tasty food. And What a great selection of rolls. The staff is really nice and helpful and you never have to wait too long for a seat. It was busy when we got there yet we got great service. Totally totally going back again.
MoreNow that it's a larger restaurant, expect to wait. No reservations. Nigiri is fine, nothing to write home about
MoreWasabi Bistro has very good bento and udon, but their sushi and sashimi is excellent. The interior is simple and clean. Service is attentive and polite. Their menu is extensive and the food is always consistently very very good.
MoreStopped by there for lunch before visiting the outlets and it's very good. Ordered Lion King roll, bento box of salmon and beef w/ another order of salmon roll. Service prompted and courteous.
MoreWe had seen many reviews of this restaurant, and were not at all dissapointed. The food was first rate, plentiful ,and very tasty. The sushi was good, and we had full meals that were equally good. The restaurant has a very appealing table setup, excellent service, and good prices. Would recommend this restaurant to anyone wants a great Japanese meal.
MoreDidn't seem fresh. The Avocado rolls were filled with brown avocado which seemed quite stale. I had high hopes for this place. Still.. looking for a good sushi place in East Bay.
MoreProbably one of the better mid range sushi spots. Very creative and I love that they deep fry the bones for you afterwards.
MoreOne of my favorite sushi places in the Bay Area -- It's a small restaurant with just a handful of tables and sometimes there's a wait but it's worth it. I love the garlic edamame and every roll I've ever had is fantastic. Highly recommend.
MoreI love their foods so much but i gave 4 stars. The servers are not nice. Ive been there 3times and the brusque and unfriendly servers that was disappointing.
MoreThe sushi is great, charbroiled stuff is great, super busy on the weekend evenings because despite the weird location this is known as one of the best sushi places in the Tri Valley area. If you go at prime time expect a full house and a 30 min wait.
MoreWell what can I say about this...the presention was very stylish and the food was very delicious. For the price it was above average so you won't doubt about the price...the restaurant was also very clean and very modern. Try it out and I bet you the food is worth the time and money
MoreThis place has pretty good sushi
Sushi was good, potentially just OK. The maki rolls had way too much rice, the temperatureof the sushi was too cold and the fish did not taste particularly fresh. Service was okay and ambiance was alright. Portion sizes were very large and you definitely get your money's worth in terms of value. However there's nothing here that would get me to come again and the sushi was just not worth it. They have to work on a lot more things to get this even to a 3 star.
MoreLong waits. Food takes a long time to get too. Food was good though.
